Delete your game data
You can ask us to delete all your Verbis game data at any time. Here is how, and exactly what is deleted.
No login, just an anonymous profile
Verbis has no sign-up or login. The first time you open the app, an anonymous profile is created automatically, with a player ID you can see in Settings. We use that ID to find your data and delete it.
How to request deletion
Send an email to hello@veexus.org with the subject “Delete my Verbis game data” and include:
- your nickname;
- your player ID — you can find both in the app, under Settings.
The nickname and player ID let us find your profile without needing anything else from you.
What we delete
We delete all game data tied to your profile:
- your profile and nickname;
- your progress and statistics;
- your daily results;
- your friends;
- your rooms and duel invitations.
How long it takes
We delete all of the data above within 30 days of receiving your request. If we need to check something, we will reply to your email.
